Rules & Compliance
Exchange rules & AML/KYC policy
These rules govern every exchange on Zexade Exchange. By submitting a request you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted them in full.
Last updated: July 2026
Zero tolerance for illicit funds
Every incoming wallet and transaction is screened with blockchain analytics before settlement. We do not accept funds linked to sanctioned entities, darknet markets, mixers/tumblers, ransomware, theft, fraud, or any other illicit activity. Requests that fail screening are declined, and funds may be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.
Acceptance of the rules
Zexade Exchange provides crypto-to-cash and crypto-to-fiat exchange services. By creating a request, passing the AML check, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these rules and confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction.
If you do not agree with any part of these rules, do not use the service. We may refuse any transaction at our sole discretion where we reasonably suspect a breach of these rules or of applicable law.
Prohibited sources of funds
We do not accept crypto assets that originate from or have passed through, directly or indirectly:
- Sanctioned exchanges and services, including but not limited to Garantex, and any platform listed by OFAC, the EU, the UK (OFSI), or the UN.
- Coin mixers and tumblers (e.g. Tornado Cash, Sinbad, Blender.io) and other anonymising services.
- Darknet marketplaces, illegal-goods vendors, and services facilitating the sale of controlled substances or weapons.
- Ransomware, extortion, hacking, phishing, or the proceeds of theft, fraud, or scams.
- Financing of terrorism, child sexual abuse material, or human trafficking.
- Unlicensed gambling and high-risk P2P counterparties flagged by our analytics provider.
If a deposit is found to carry an elevated risk score after it has been received, we reserve the right to withhold settlement, request additional source-of-funds documentation, return the funds net of network fees to the originating address (where lawful), or freeze and report the funds where required.
Sanctions & restricted jurisdictions
We do not provide services to individuals or entities that are subject to international sanctions, that appear on any sanctions or watchlist, or that are located in, or acting on behalf of a person located in, a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction.
Depending on the payout method and country, additional restrictions may apply. In particular, payouts to Russian banks and payment systems are settled at the live P2P market rate and are only available where doing so is lawful for both parties; we will not process transactions that would breach sanctions targeting specific sanctioned Russian banks or persons.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that using the service, and receiving a payout via your chosen method, is legal in your country of residence and the country of the payout.
AML / KYC & source of funds
We operate a risk-based AML programme. For most exchanges a wallet AML check is sufficient. For larger amounts, elevated risk scores, or where required by law, we may request identity verification (KYC) and documentary evidence of the source of funds before releasing a payout.
Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information, or attempting to disguise the origin of funds (e.g. structuring transactions to avoid thresholds), is a serious breach of these rules and will result in the transaction being declined.
Limits, rates & fees
- Minimum and maximum amounts vary by direction, payout method, and country, and are shown in the exchange form before you submit.
- Rates are quoted from live market data at the moment of settlement and may differ from the indicative rate shown when you created the request. For certain markets (e.g. Argentina, Russia) we use the live P2P/crypto-dollar market rate rather than the official rate.
- The service fee is displayed per method and depends on the payout rail, country, and asset. Network (blockchain) fees are borne by the sender.
Processing & settlement
Most requests are confirmed within 15–60 minutes after your contact details are submitted and the AML check passes. Cash pickups are settled in person at the agreed meeting point; bank/card/e-wallet payouts are sent to the recipient details you provide. It is your responsibility to enter accurate recipient details — payouts sent to details you provided are irreversible.
Refunds & disputed transactions
Because crypto transactions are irreversible, an exchange cannot be cancelled once the payout has been sent. If a transaction cannot be completed (for example, it fails AML screening or the recipient details are invalid), we will return the funds to the originating wallet net of any network and processing fees, where it is lawful to do so.
Data & privacy
We collect only the information necessary to provide the service and to meet our legal and compliance obligations, and we retain it for the periods required by applicable regulation. We do not sell personal data. Where legally compelled, we may share information with regulators and law-enforcement agencies.
Changes to these rules
We may update these rules from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you submit a request. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
